Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and adaptability to changing store needs.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot clean glass/windows.
• Follow store policies on health, safety, and loss prevention.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Assist with store recovery and signage standards as required.
