Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operates scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity and respect.
• Maintains floor care cleanliness and equipment operation.
• Follows health and safety policies and loss prevention controls.
• Communicates effectively with management and associates.
• Other duties as assigned
