• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care including operation of scrubber and buffer
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Models customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture with honesty and respect
• Maintains floor care cleanliness and equipment
• Adheres to health and safety policies including restrooms and lounge items
• Communicates effectively with management and associates
• Other duties as assigned
