Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment focusing on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model and uphold positive customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a safe store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including equipment operation.
• Follow company policies on health and safety, including lounges and restrooms upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to labor laws and break policies.
