Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited, home to Michael Kors, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support North America retail store budgets, forecasts, and reporting. The role partners with Accounting and cross-functional teams to analyze store P&L, explain variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a finance or accounting degree, 1–2 years of financial analysis experience, and strong Excel skills to drive accurate, timely reporting across the NA store network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance or accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Retail industry experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage North America retail store rent and occupancy and capital expenditures, including the preparation of financial budgets, monthly forecasts, and reporting.
• Partner with the Accounting team and other cross functional partners to support the month-end close process.
• Analyze North America retail store P&L and provide commentary on variances against budget, prior forecast, and LY results.
• Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability across the retail store divisions.
• Work cross-functionally with departments to manage expense line items.
• Prepare and distribute store financials to Regional Directors and District Managers on a monthly basis.
• Support the store proforma process, providing analysis on store performance and inputs.
• Work on miscellaneous ad hoc reports and requests for senior executives.

What You’ll Do:
