Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a finance-heavy retail transformation, focusing on POS-to-financial system integrations. The role requires strong knowledge of POS data flows, ERP environments (SAP preferred), and collaboration across US and UK teams.

Candidates with retail POS experience and proven IT PM track records in retail finance systems will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects in retail finance environments.
• Experience mapping POS data into ERP and finance systems.
• Strong understanding of retail transaction data flows and SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate finance-related IT initiatives.
• Manage POS data integrations into backend financial systems.
• Oversee mapping of transaction data into ERP (SAP preferred).
• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, and UK stakeholders.
• Run project cadence meetings and status reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and financial impact.
• Ensure data validation and reconciliation controls are built into testing.
• Support business case tracking and budget oversight.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams.
