Job summary

Talentify is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst in Plano, TX to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and payment analytics. You will work with SAP R/3 and advanced Excel to analyze data and provide actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting and strong reconciliation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual operating results, interpret financial data, and present findings to management.
• Respond to budget and financial reporting requests from stakeholders.
• Reconcile promotional claims and POS activity.
• Investigate and resolve payment reconciliation discrepancies from audits or remittance changes.
• Generate reports to validate payments and resolve variances.
• Reconcile carrier commissions against in-store reporting to ensure accurate payments.
• Deliver financial reporting, analytics, and spending insights to stakeholders.
• Build spreadsheets, reports, charts, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Analyze business and financial trends to forecast revenues, expenses, and performance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong accounting and reconciliation experience to support financial reporting, promotional claims reconciliation, and payment analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP R/3, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to analyze financial data to provide actionable business insights.
