Job summary

RDSolutions seeks motivated Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise, and perform store resets across markets. You will use a company app, report findings, and interact with store staff and customers.

This role requires 32+ hours weekly, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Training is provided and benefits include 401k, time off, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezer cases.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects across the United States independently or as part of a group.
• Download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and take photos of merchandising/displays.
• Transmit the file to our corporate office after completing the project.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
