Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise/demo products, and perform store resets. You will work on assigned market projects and may travel across the United States as needed, using a company app to record information and report results to our corporate office.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerator/freezer aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on behalf of client.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed, you will complete projects throughout the United States independently or as part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project files to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers as required.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
