Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise products, and conduct store resets. You will work on assigned projects in your market area, with potential nationwide travel as needed.

A company app must be used to record data and you will interact with store staff and customers. The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable with cold store environments.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned projects within your market area.
• Occasionally complete projects across the United States independently or in teams.
• Use the company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays according to criteria.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as needed.
• Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.
