Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair retail store technologies for diverse clients, including banks and SMBs. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, and maintain critical store systems with a focus on quality and timeliness.

You must be able to work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and manage field logistics while upholding Toshiba service standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or better with 4+ years in related field.
• Must be able to travel 100% domestically/air travel as needed.
• Operational knowledge of PC tech, network infra, displays, cash registers and POS devices.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products at stores and commercial sites.
• Travel within territory or nationally to perform installations, relocations, or upgrades.
• Communicate status and issues to customers, management, and peers; maintain documentation.
