Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated Field Representatives to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets for major retailers. You will work in your market area, with occasional national travel as needed, and you’ll document item prices, promotions, and store displays using company apps.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, comprehensive training, 401k with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Detail orientation to ensure accurate data collection.
• Able to work in a market area with flexibility for travel.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and customers.
• Must meet age requirement of at least 18 years.
• Must have a smartphone to use company apps and receive assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Occasionally perform projects nationwide, independently or with a group.
• Use company app to record product information.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising displays.
• Transmit data to corporate office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store staff and customers as required by client.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
