Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking energetic Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise/demo products, and perform store resets across markets. You will travel to assigned stores and, when needed, across the United States with team support.

You will download the company app to record product information, capture prices and promotions, and transmit results to our corporate office. The role requires reliability, 18+ years, a HS diploma, a valid license, and the ability to lift 40 lbs and work

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezer cases.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed, you will complete projects throughout the United States independently or as part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow criteria to capture item prices, displayed promotions, and pictures of merchandising or displays.
• Transmit the file to our corporate office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
