Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) is seeking a dynamic in-store role to drive market share growth with Home Depot accounts across the U.S. You will engage customers, showcase products, and deliver targeted promotions while leveraging Power BI to optimize merchandising and sell-through.

The role requires travel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail setting. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year + personal vehicle with insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned stores and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods; retail environment flexibility.
• MS Office proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives to drive awareness and sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and product placement; use Power BI for decisions.
• Build understanding of the retail market, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to operate autonomously in your market.
• Develop relationships with Home Depot associates to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock where needed, and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase innovative products.
