Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a dynamic Retail Merchandiser for in-store execution at Home Depot locations nationwide. You will drive market share growth by executing merchandising strategies, promotions, and customer engagement to maximize sell-through.

You will leverage Power BI for data-driven decisions, build strong relationships with store teams, and participate in training to advance within the organization. The role requires travel, lifting, and flexibility with schedules.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations and meetings (air travel may be required).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders as needed.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering BtC sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotions, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions (Power BI).
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI training to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock, and report tasks promptly.
• Support merchandising resets to introduce cutting-edge products and drive growth.
