Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is hiring a full-time in-store sales/merchandising specialist to drive Home Depot partnerships across the United States. You will deliver compelling product solutions, lead demos, and execute marketing initiatives with strong product knowledge and enthusiasm.

Role involves travel to store locations, occasional meetings, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of Power BI and MS Office is a plus; relocation may be required for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Must possess and maintain vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings and events.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders; able to stand for long periods.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred depending on market needs.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in a formal training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock, and report tasks; support merchandising resets.
