Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot nationwide. You will manage B2C sales, deliver product demos, and partner with store teams to optimize merchandising and promotional activities.

You’ll leverage Power BI for data-driven decisions and build strong retailer relationships. This role requires a valid US driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to travel; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year.
• Must have a personal vehicle/listing you as the primary driver and insurance.
• Travel to/from assigned store locations; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and handling demo tools.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Retail environment full-time work requirement.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in some markets.
• Formal higher education preferred but equivalent experience considered.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in‑store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute product demos, store walks, and promotional events.
• Support strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising; leverage Power BI analytics for decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members for in‑store execution.
