Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand awareness and educate staff across assigned markets. You will visit multiple retail partners, train staff on Samsung products, and optimize the shopper journey to boost sell-out results.

The role requires travel within the market and occasional overnight stays, with hourly pay and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and state-required liability coverage.
• Ability to travel within market with occasional overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to twice a year for training/events.
• REAL ID or TSA ID for travel.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Samsung and its ecosystem in-store.
• Schedule and optimize store visits across multiple locations.
• Follow store visit protocols and maintain professionalism with retailers.
• Demonstrate Samsung mobile products and ecosystem benefits.
• Train retail staff on products and features.
• Drive KPIs and sell-out through planning and execution.
• Build relationships with store managers to align sales goals.
• Execute field initiatives and ensure cross-location alignment.
