2020 Companies, Inc. in partnership with Samsung Electronics America seeks a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand awareness and sell-out through in-store merchandising and product training.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned market, including occasional overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year for training or events.
• A valid REAL ID for domestic air travel.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy through professional conduct, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule for store visits across locations.
• Follow store visit protocols and maintain professionalism with retail partners.
• Implement cluster routing to streamline travel and extend coverage.
• Serve as an expert on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays and ensure brand standards.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung products.
• Achieve KPIs and drive unit sell-out through planning and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers to align sales goals.
• Drive field initiatives through daily store visits across multiple channels.
