Samsung Electronics America, in partnership with 2020 Companies, is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager in Amarillo, TX. You will act as a brand ambassador, deliver product training, and drive shopper engagement to boost sell-out across assigned stores.

The role requires 4+ years in multi-unit territory management, strong merchandising skills, and the ability to travel within the continental U.S. for training and events; standard retail hours apply for a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.

Aufgaben

• Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador for Samsung and drive customer engagement.
• Scheduling Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a structured schedule for store visits across locations.
• Store Visit Guidelines: Follow established protocols and maintain professionalism with retail partners.
• Cluster Routing for Travel: Implement routing to optimize travel and coverage.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate key features of Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Merchandising and Brand Standards: Ensure displays meet brand standards and guidelines.
• Training Retail Sales Associates: Conduct training sessions on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: Meet KPIs and drive unit sell-out.
• Relationship Building with Retail Managers: Maintain strong relationships with store managers.
• Field Execution: Execute field initiatives and ensure alignment with priorities.
