Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team in Lubbock, TX.

As a brand advocate, you will drive brand awareness through merchandising, provide product training, and improve the shopper's purchase journey to drive sell-out across multiple retail channels. Travel within the market and occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training, and merchandising.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation with appropriate auto insurance and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocacy: serve as a Samsung ambassador and build customer engagement.
• Scheduling Effectiveness: maintain a structured store visit schedule for multiple locations.
• Merchandising and Brand Standards: ensure displays meet Samsung standards.
• Training Retail Sales Associates: conduct product trainings for staff.
• KPI Achievement: drive unit sell-out through strategic field execution.
