Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks a Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand presence and sell-through in Seattle-area retailers. You will train staff, manage store visits, and optimize travel routes while maintaining Samsung’s merchandising standards.

The role offers hourly pay, weekly bonuses, and full-time scheduling with Tuesday–Saturday shifts. Travel to expand coverage and overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management
• Experience in product training and demonstrations
• Retail merchandising and displays experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador with professional conduct and customer engagement
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely store visits
• Follow store visit protocols and maintain professionalism during partnerships
• Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and improve territory coverage
• Demonstrate Samsung mobile products and ecosystem features to customers
• Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays and maintain brand standards
• Train retail sales associates on Samsung products and ecosystem to boost sales
• Drive KPI achievement and unit sell-out through planning and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers to align sales goals
• Execute field initiatives across multiple channel locations and priorities
