Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser in Orlando to drive in-store merchandising, enhance product visibility, and support sales across multiple retailers.

You will manage 20–40 stores, build displays, coordinate with store teams, and ensure stock and correct placement to maximize incremental sales. Training and certifications are provided, with a daytime schedule and PTO options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using technology such as tablets, mobile apps, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of 20–40 retail stores with strong in-store support and display execution.
• Sell pre-approved incremental items to support promotions and build secondary displays.
• Partner with store teams to drive product orders and secure impactful display opportunities.
• Ensure client products are stocked, properly displayed, and positioned to drive incremental sales.
• Work with store managers to resolve inventory issues and complete audits with same-day reporting.
