Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store merchandising at Walmart stores across Milford, OH. You will build displays, manage stock, and collaborate with store teams to maximize promotions and product visibility in a dynamic field role.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, hands-on training, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and generous PTO. Requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months retail experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient in using tablets, mobile apps, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of 10–20 Walmart stores with strong in-store support and display execution.
• Sell pre-approved incremental items to support promotions and build displays.
• Address store challenges and coordinate with store teams to drive product orders and visibility.
