Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser to ensure client products are visible and available in assigned grocery stores. You will execute merchandising plans, install displays, and report outcomes using mobile tech, collaborating closely with store teams.

The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, regular store visits, and pre-selling displays to boost client and shopper engagement. Flexible scheduling and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality, customer service, and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfort with tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available, displayed, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain displays.
• Identify and execute incremental display opportunities and secondary placements to expand product presence.
• Complete client-mandated audits and report findings using mobile technology.
• Receive, stock, pack out, and merchandise products, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Receive marketing materials and install them per instructions at stores.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Coordinate with store management and your manager via email, phone, and text to meet store goals.
