Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to drive eye-catching displays and product availability across Walmart locations in the Delafield area. You will partner with store teams to implement promotions, stock shelves, and build displays that increase incremental sales.

The role offers a daytime schedule with potential weekend coverage, and training from experienced retail professionals. A High School diploma and 6 months retail experience are required along with the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months retail experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Comfortable using technology such as tablets, mobile apps, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
Reliable transportation required.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Manage a territory of 10-20 Walmart stores, ensuring strong in-store support and display execution.
Sell pre-approved incremental items to support promotions and build secondary displays.
Partner with store teams to drive product orders and secure impactful display opportunities.
Ensure client products are stocked, properly displayed, and positioned to drive incremental sales.
Work with store managers to resolve inventory issues and complete audits with same-day reporting.
Stock and merchandise products (lifting up to 40 lbs) and build displays to boost visibility.
