Job summary

• Assist Facility Management in operations of a Goodwill retail facility.

• Train and evaluate employees; supervise a team of 2+ to oversee daily operations.
• Maintain store records and cash handling; ensure transactions are rung and reported accurately.
• Keep facilities clean, safe, and in compliance with policies; handle donor and customer interactions.
• Conduct trainings; communicate openly at all levels; develop corrective action plans as needed.
