Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is looking for an Image Technician to maintain the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of our stores in the region. You will perform routine maintenance, repair, painting, and facility-image tasks, reporting larger repairs via Service Channel.

The role is based out of the Douglasville-area home store at 5669 Fairburn Rd., Douglasville, GA 30134. You will inspect buildings, perform minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, complete painting and masonry tasks,

Qualifications

• At least one year of facility maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures preferred.
• Comfort using common hand and power tools and basic office equipment.
• Experience supporting maintenance needs in a retail environment preferred.
• Maintenance or repair certifications preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the secondary driver of the crew vehicle.
• Inspect buildings and structures to identify malfunctions and repair needs.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance: switches, outlets, bulbs, tubes, ballasts, sockets, fuses and related tasks.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs: leaks, unclogging drains, replacing hoses on washers and equipment.
• Complete minor painting, carpentry and masonry work: prep, painting, staining, doors, tiles, locks and handles.
• Prepare and paint walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restrooms, bollards and light poles.
• Order parts, maintain inventory, and complete required documentation.
• Report equipment repair needs through Service Channel.
• Follow RaceTrac safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
