Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate to support daily store operations in West Covina, CA.

You will help deliver an outstanding shopping experience, assist with merchandising, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates will have customer-focused communication skills, reliability, and flexibility to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
