Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our San Bernardino, CA location. You will help drive sales, manage merchandising, and assist with inventory and store maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on providing friendly, customer-centric service and accurate handling of transactions using POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Customer-focused approach delivering memorable service.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
