The Finish Line is seeking an Associate in New Jersey to contribute to daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape store success and growth through strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines while remaining flexible with hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
