The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our retail team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will help manage daily store operations, assist customers, and contribute to growth through strong sales and service. Responsibilities include delivering an exceptional shopping experience, supporting inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to meet sales goals while upholding policies and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance, while adhering to policies and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals and follow store policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
