Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll assist with merchandise management, transactions, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor to help shape the store’s success.

You will contribute to sales targets, participate in team initiatives, and uphold safety and store policies while providing reliable, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
