The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Associate for our Spartanburg store. You will help with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support sales goals, assist with merchandise, handle simple POS transactions, and collaborate with teammates to maintain visual standards and excellent service. Flexible weekend and holiday availability is expected. Training provided; customer-focused, reliable multitasker preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Create exceptional shopping experiences by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Handle inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
