Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in the United States is seeking a motivated Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help drive sales, maintain merchandise standards, and assist customers across the floor.

This role requires reliable availability, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members, and contribute to our commitment to DEI, safety, and store excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance; comply with policies and health & safety rules.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals; follow store procedures and safety guidelines.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as required.
