Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties as required.
