• Weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Punctuality and regular attendance per company policy.
• Clear spoken English for customer communication.
• Reading, writing and basic math in English to handle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, merchandising, shipments, orders and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
