Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations in Rogers, AR.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and contributing to the store’s success. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising, while upholding health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role and track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to create memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
