Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking a Retail Associate in Arkansas to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will address customer needs, assist with merchandise, and help shape the store’s success.

Join a dynamic team, drive sales through promotions, participate in inventory and visual merchandising, and maintain health and safety standards. Flexibility to work mornings, days, and weekends is required; basic math and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operational goals, adhering to policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
