Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and processes purchases/returns accurately.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
