You’ll drive loyalty and store promotions, oversee safety, cleanliness, merchandising and associate engagement, and step in as Leader on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with computer applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience through training, onboarding, mentoring and coaching.
• Leads daily tasks and acts as Leader on Duty when needed.
• Supports Services businesses when the Experience Leader is unavailable.
• Maintains store standards and ensures a safe, friendly environment.
