Responsibilities include enhancing the customer journey, driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting team goals while adhering to policies and safety standards. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and numeracy skills; familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
