Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will assist with merchandising, sales, inventory, and tasks that keep the store running smoothly.

You will engage customers, strive to meet sales targets, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment while upholding health and safety policies. Availability for weekends and holidays may be required at our Wisconsin location.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar role experience with track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with passion for service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals.
