Responsibilities

• Lead and support associates; training, onboarding, coaching.
• Oversee safety, store cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Assist with live pet sales, adoptions, and events.
• Backup to operate POS and handle cash with accuracy.
• Open/close procedures and policy compliance.
