Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SES/CSP operations and Branded location requests
• Align with Retail for current and future location launches
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and performance
• Manage vendor relationships and track KPIs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement process improvements
• Support new location launches with project planning and risk mitigation
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements
• Maintain inventory controls and front/back-of-house communications
