Wild Birds Unlimited is seeking a Manager of Retail Experience Design to lead the evolution of our in-store customer experience from our Carmel, IN office. You will own the physical store environment, ensuring spaces reflect brand values, engage modern shoppers, and drive profitability.

The role includes strategic design, store planning, and franchisee consultation, with responsibilities spanning vendor management and collaborative cross‑department work to support merchandising launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, or 5–8 years in retail store design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and SketchUp; strong MS Office and PM tools (Asana a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a forward-looking in-store experience aligned with brand standards.
• Produce accurate 3D renderings, floor plans, and planograms for stores/remodels.
• Support franchisees with design, permitting, and construction processes.
