Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage order exceptions and support accurate, timely processing across Andersen and Renewal by Andersen products. You will monitor daily reports, communicate with internal teams via email, Teams, and phone, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Monitor daily reports and take appropriate action to help meet retailer expectations.
• Identify retailer opportunities and challenges and provide recommendations for ordering resolution.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities and varying order volumes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Order Processing Specialist manages order exceptions through established processes and transactions, identifies and corrects ordering errors, and partners with cross-functional teams to support accurate, timely order processing. This role monitors daily reporting, communicates with internal partners, and helps ensure retailer expectations are met in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and order volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for order processing across Andersen and Renewal by Andersen products.
• Resolve order exceptions using repeatable processes and transactions.
• Identify and correct ordering errors in partnership with Retailer Experience, IT/Baan, and other cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Detailed knowledge of technical and business tools and processing programs.
• Strong, efficient data-processing skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate across teams to reach resolution.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take direction, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly.

Direction of Others

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

PAY RANGE:

$20.05 - $37.10

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
