Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a showroom-focused team member to deliver exceptional homeowner experiences and manage lead flows. You will enter, audit, and follow up on leads, while supporting permit coordination, event prospecting and recruiting efforts. Strong scheduling skills and teamwork are essential.

The role includes outbound calls, scheduling, and ongoing collaboration with leadership to drive showroom success and customer satisfaction in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver homeowners showroom experience using the prescribed methodology.
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments.
• Outbound calls to assigned customer lists and generate lead flow from non-traditional sources.
• Support non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting.
• Assist recruiting through candidate outreach, interview coordination and onboarding support.
• Create, maintain and update schedules for events and employees.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Description

• Use our perscribed Methodology to deliver world class homeowner experience in the showroom 5%
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments. 20%
• Outbound call assigned customer lists and generate lead flow for Non-Traditional sources 20%
• Support both non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting 20%
• Support recruiting efforts through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding support. 20%
• Create, maintain, and update various schedules for events and employees. 10%
• Other duties assigned by leadership 5%
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay Range

$21.90 - $31.70

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
