Job summary

The Finish Line in Beachwood, OH is seeking an Associate to join our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll assist with daily operations and help shape the store’s success through friendly service and teamwork.

In this role you will manage merchandise, support promotions, and help with inventory, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment while maintaining health and safety standards. Weekend availability is required and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Assist daily operations including inventory, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
