Qualifications

• Proven retail experience with sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and targets.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and follow policies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
